Before you get started

Is the price per chamber?

No. ৳500/month covers one doctor working across multiple chambers, each with its own address, letterhead and fee settings.

Who creates accounts?

Doctors can apply online, or an administrator can create their account. New applications remain inactive until reviewed and approved. Doctors manage receptionist accounts within their plan limits. Receptionists cannot write prescriptions.

How do I pay?

Follow your account’s bKash or Nagad payment instructions and submit the transaction for administrator review. Confirm the final payable amount before sending payment.

Why is clinic pricing separate?

A clinic needs its own doctor, staff and reporting setup. We agree the scope and price before onboarding.
